I’ve been knitting and spinning and relaxing. But Dale? Poor Dale.
No rest for the weary.
What the heck is he doing??
Holy mackerel, what is that!? I could totally imagine my mom and dad having parallel vacations to yours. Glad you get to knit and relax!
Yikes! Seems like he needs to be going at that with something a little bigger than that shovel. Like maybe a backhoe.
Sorry, Dale, all I could do was laugh at that picture. In my head, I see Carole sitting with her knittin’, sippin’ ‘tinis and calling helpful things like “lift with your legs, dear.”
That looks fairly Sisyphysean.
It’s good for him;-)
Enjoy your lemon martini and knitting while you sit in the shade, m’lady.
Heheheh, is he making a mountain out of a mole hill, or the other way around? I’m sure you’re giving him good direction. ; )
I had something to say, really, but then got completely distracted by ‘Sisyphysean’. Damn that’s fun to say…
Wow. That’s a big pile.
180yards of special playground mulch, nothing to it! I was done by noon…the pile wasn’t done of course, but I was…
My that is a large pile of dirt! Is he responding to the manly urge to move a mountain or dig a really big hole?
What can I say after Laurie has found the perfect word? Sisyphean, indeed.
Oh my.That is a really big pile! I should have sent my little guy over to help he can dig and transfer and shovel all day 🙂
Wow, he really is superman!
Wow. That’s a lot of mulch. Good job, Dale!
Poor Dale! I imagine all that hard work’s for a good cause, though.
poor Dale —- and is he using a snow shovel ferchristsake?
Yikes. That’s a lot of hard work. Time to sit down and drink a nice, cold beer.
Wow. Does he have to move all that mulch? If so, Yikes.
What the heck have you done to the poor fellow? Are you planting your very own city-park-sized garden?
“180 yards of playground mulch,” he says casually. “No problem.”
That’s a good guy you got there, Carole.
What the HELL?! Hee. Keep shoveling, Dale!
Oh no! New playground? Dale rocks.
Please tell us there’s a battalion of guys with shovels on the other side of Mulch Mountain there…
Oh my!! what a mound! He deserves a little shoulder massage 🙂
Wow. You have it all figured out. Can I send Travis out for training?
Is he practicing for the upcoming winter?
I fear to ask how far he has to move it.
(I hope you got frosty beer in the fridge.)
I’m pretty sure they outlawed chain gangs.
😉
This photo represents how I feel just about every day! (Only maybe it’s not mulch I’m dealing with.) 🙂
