		<description>fabulous resolutions. my favorite one is that you will laugh more. 
It seems to me that all the others will fall into line if you focus on this one thing.

		<description>Is it wrong that I&#039;m going to copy your list and use it as my own?  It&#039;s just so good.  I hope both of us can follow these.  Can you imagine how great it would be at the end of 2009 to know we stuck to them? I must add a number 11 though ... I must blog at least once a week.  Anything less than that is pretty pathetic huh?

		<description>I would be happy to partner up on the eat less, exercise more portion... still haven&#039;t adjusted to the hypothyroid-out of iron syndrome I developed this year....I would echo trying the talk really soft method for awhile - if they are used to you yelling, that, together with the Stare of Doom, will be alerts that you are even more upset than usual!  Hang in there with such a big task list, and really concentrate on the happy portion!</description>
