I wish that you lived next door – we could have done stranding together, and you could teach me a thing or three
I would have been so upset about the yarn bleeding in the wash. dang. Good news is that it will usually wash out on subsequent washing (since the dye didn’t stick to the black to begin with)
Just do NOT add anything like vinegar to the wash (don’t know if anyone suggested that) because it will make the dye stick where ever it happens to land on the mitts. (not a good plan).

Great mittens! I love the black and white, which is actually my favorite color combo. I have been thinking of a new pair of mittens, but haven’t actually made it to selecting a pattern and yarn. All in good time, I suppose.

Sorry about the yarn bleed but you really can’t notice it. They are beautiful mittens. That book is on my wish list!
