Yesterday was a hot day and that made it a good day to hang around at home. I did some knitting and some spinning and some relaxing.
The phlox are still blooming and that makes me happy.

So pretty. The first of my phlox just opened up into bloom yesterday – I’m going to have to take a pic of it too. 🙂
Nice that you had a good day for knitting and spinning.. really feeling the urge to learn how to spin!
Sounds like another perfect day. Keep it up!
I’m glad you always call your flowers by name…sometimes they are new to me. Phlox is a name I knew, but I’m not sure I could have picked the correct flower if sent out to gather a bouquet.
I’m so glad you’re having such a relaxing vaction! Have there been any martinis?
I’d be happy about phlox blooming, too! I’m happy that you’re having a nice break.
You can keep the hot. I think I’ve got your cool/damp weather and I’m loving it.
The fragrance of phlox is the smell of summer to me.
So lovely, and I’m glad you’re having such a nice week!
Pretty. I think I’ve got no phlox left. I didn’t think of it ’til I saw your photo.
