Sick, Now With Knitting

Happy Knitting resized for blog

As you can surmise from the title, I am still feeling poorly, but at least I am feeling strong enough to knit. Hooray! Last week the Mondo Cable Pulli was boring. This week it is the perfect project for a convalescent knitter. Lots and lots of stockinette in the round is about the only thing I can handle at this point and this sweater will see the benefit of that.

I’m feeling a bit of cabin fever at this point. I suppose that’s a good thing and maybe I’ll be ready to get out of the house in a day or so.

I’ll keep you posted.

:) It is a little boring, isn’t it? Are you doing the A-line increases? I have heard different opinions about them.

I can give you some coaster patterns if you like! They are excellent convalescent knitting, and you knock them off quickly so you feel like you accomplished something even though you feel like crap.

Don’t rush recovery, Carole. Whatever bug is out there this year, it seems to linger. Glad you’re feeling well enough to make headway on the sweater.
