Eye Candy Friday

I love making caprese salad this time of year. Fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, a little basil from my garden along with salt & pepper and olive oil makes for a delicious hors d’oeuvre!

Go eat something seasonal and delicious this weekend!

  2. I love making caprese sandwiches this time of year with olive oil and balsamic. There is nothing like fresh tomatoes. Have a great weekend.

  3. Looks delicious. A local restaurant (Belgian beer bar) makes this type of salad with heirloom tomatoes, a pesto like herb mixture and slices of avocado. Now is the time to eat as many tomatoes as possible.

  4. Caprese is on our menu for Saturday night as we’re having a few friends over. I can’t wait to share our lovely tomatoes to good friends in such a beautiful way. TGIF!
