Eye Candy Friday

I do so love the photo ops that come with the arrival of fall in New England. Gourds and pumpkins, mums and haystacks, they all just beg for a moment in front of my lens. It’s a long weekend and that means more time for picture taking, knitting, hanging out and drinking. You know me, I’ll be making the most of it and I hope you will, too!

See you all on Tuesday!

  1. And it should be a glorious one! Enjoy every minute and get outdoors of course with knitting in tow:)

  2. It really is the most gorgeous time to be in NE! What size
lenses do you have and which one do you use the most?
Have a fun weekend with your camera and whatever else you do!

  3. Tuesday!? Whatcha doin’ Monday?
I have a pumpkin of the same variety, methinks. I’m letting it sit for a week or so and then I plan to make pureed pumpkin to freeze. Maybe I’ll try some cubes of pumpkin, too. I like pumpkin so much! Have a super weekend!

  4. This is such a lovely time of year. We have 2 little pie pumpkins at home that are destined to become bread when it gets a little colder out. There’s something about pumpkin bread and the falling leaves.

  5. We tricked (and treated) out the house today for Halloween. I love this season. The orange pumpkin with the green grass in the background makes a wonderful shot, Carole. Thinking about you tonight as I knit and watch Sweet Home Alabama!! Happy long weekend!
