Words on Thursday

May 23, 2013 By Carole

I missed my Words on Wednesday post yesterday what with all that new-me-hoopla so I’m posting this today:

It’s just a so-so photo of one of those cheap ass signs that are trendy these days but I bought it a year ago and in those early days of changing my story I read this to myself every day. That bit at the end – be fearless – was particularly helpful because in the beginning I was scared to death to fail.

I didn’t fail, though and these words still ring true.

Sometimes those cheap ass signs are a great reminder of those little things in life that are so important. Like being fearless! That’s a good one!

Congrats on sticking with it over the past year!

I recently purchase a picture as well that just says “Be Brave” – to remind myself to take chances and try something different. It’s good to have a daily helpful reminder to keep me reaching for my dreams.

The secret to a good life is writ on that sign. You found a good one and you embody every word there.

Words to live by Carole. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could bottle them and hand them out? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Congratulations on your successful weight loss. I’m sure it meant a lot more to you than just the weight. I’m glad you were able to make your hope a reality.

Cheap-ass or not, it’s true. We could use one around our house. Happy Thursday, Carole!
