Eye Candy Friday

yellow crocus for carole knits

I saved my favorite crocus photo to show you today. I love it so much I decided it needed it’s very own post.

So, what’s up for your weekend? I’ve got some stuff to do with Dale, some time to myself, and the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast on Sunday morning. It’s a great mix of work and play and I’m looking forward to all of it.

Hope you are looking forward to your weekend plans, too!

  1. They are so pretty and much needed today on another gray dreary day. Have a great weekend!

  2. So nice. I’ve got to see something growing out of the ground this weekend! I may be going to WEBS tomorrow…other than that taking in all of the sunshine. Have a great weekend Carole!

  3. Beautiful!

We’ve had a lot of rain in the past 48 hours. It’s still not very warm but that is supposed to improve over the weekend. Still, with the moisture and increasing daily light, the grass is beginning to show some green. I am dying for trees with leaves!

  4. No color in my yard yet. Flowers are afraid that white crap will start falling from the sky again! Very pretty crocus. Have a fun weekend!

  5. Two pairs of socks in the works neither, surprisingly, from your pattern! Got “Boyhood” on DVD and, of course, there’s Outlander on Saturday night with a free Starz weekend. Yay!

  6. Dinner out at our favorite spot with our old neighbors who moved a month ago.
    Knitting my lace shawl!!
Helping at the animal shelter on Sunday with dog photos.
Trying to replicate the new Hair Do when I wash it after the stylist did it today

  7. Our weekend looks great and I have a lot of time for myself! Love your photo. Our yellow crocus were out over a month ago. I hope you have blue skies all weekend!!

  8. No snow in that one! 😉 We’ve had no snow this year, but the usual rain. I find the earlier daylight saving time makes a world of difference.

  9. I’m writing from Michigan and it’s still pretty cold out here. The sun’s shining, however. Can spring be far behind? Meantime I’ll enjoy your beautiful yellow crocuses!

  10. I can’t believe it’s Sunday already – weekends always go by too fast, don’t they? Today is going to be for getting some exercise, finishing up a knitting project (hopefully) and cooking dinner. Also baseball and golf!
