One of my favorite trees hit peak foliage this week. I think it positively glows and it makes me smile every time I drive or walk past it.
I don’t know about you but I am ready for the weekend. Hope y’all have a great one!

Gorgeous and a sign of a great fall weekend to come!
Woo Hoo! Enjoy Carole and Go Pats!
You have such different colors in the east than we have in the west, consequently I think yours are more beautiful!! xox
What a beautiful tree!!!! (And I’m always ready for the weekend. . . ) XO
That is beautiful. I’m hoping to take some photos this weekend. The problem here is by the time we reach peak it gets real windy and blows all the leaves off the darn trees! Enjoy your weekend Carole.
As much as I love the warmer months at the beach, autumn in our neck of the woods is truly spectacular!
Just read yesterday’s book list…thanks so much for sharing! I think you definitely have more than 24 hours in any given day…you do so much and still had time to read so many books since Labor Day…amazing! And yes, I’m always ready for the weekends!!!
Wow! Those leaves are so intensely red. Awesome photo! Enjoy your weekend!
stunning! I feel like our trees have turned just in the last two days…hope you’re having a wonderful weekend!
It sure is a gorgeous season. That tree is amazing!
