Words in the Wild Wednesday
As so often happens midweek, I’m short on time but still want to share a post with you. How about a words in the wild type post?
This is actually a box of plants that I won in the raffle at Farm Day. My own annuals are looking a little droopy at this point so it couldn’t have come at a better time. And that saying? A few plants short of a full flat?
Story of my life.
Happy Wednesday!

Nice raffle prize ! Droopy garden syndrome happening here too.
That is just a perfect prize, both the plants and the box! I overheard a conversation yesterday in which someone was described as “not able to pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel”, which made me laugh out loud.
We have been lucky enough to hit some cooler temperatures for a few days. Otherwise, I think the people here would be as droopy as some plants. Enjoy your prize.
I love that box of annuals. So pretty. My annuals are looking tired lately as well.
Perfect! (And August . . . the droopiest of gardening months!)
That is just so beautiful! And, as for August gardening – the stars are the veggies which makes me so happy! XO
Your new planter is so cute and what a wonderful prize for this time of year!
oh I love it, Carole – perfect words and oh-so-pretty and fresh looking plants! how did it get to be Thursday already??!!
What a polite way to say it, must use sometime!
