I planted this butterfly bush three years ago and this year it has finally exploded and the butterflies have found it. Hooray!
And, you know what I’m going to say next . . .
HOORAY for the weekend! Make it a good one, friends.

Thanks for doing your part to help our winged friends. Plus, both the bush and its’ visitors are beautiful.
Happy weekend, indeed!
Stay cool… this weekend is supposed to be in the unbearable category!
When we lived in Syracuse, I helped a neighbor dig a hole when they planted a butterfly bush. Their little boy was so disappointed when he found out that it wasn’t going to grow any butterflies on its branches. I’m glad yours is doing its job. Have a good weekend and stay cool!
Hooray! Heading to visit a friend overnight in Andover…looking forward to some steamy outside dining! Have a wonderful weekend Carole!
So pretty! Enjoy the weekend (I know you will:))
Happy weekend! I hope it’s more tolerable in your neck of the woods than it’s supposed to be in mine.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend, Carole! My heatwave is headed your way… stay cool.
Beautiful. The butterflies are lucky to have you.
oh YAY! our butterfly bush seems to attract more bees than butterflies, but I think that’s ok. still, the butterflies are a lot more fun to see!
