Three On Thursday

This Thursday I have 3 things of interest I have found from around the internet to share with you.

First, I may be late to the party on this one but I just found out yesterday that HBO is making Time Traveler’s Wife (one of my most favorite books ever) into a series. I was pretty disappointed in the movie version but I’m super excited to see it as a series, I think there’s a lot in the book and the potential for some really great episodes.

Second, how about this awesome Love Across the USA installation? I know it’s crochet and most of us are knitters and I’m sharing it anyway because Kamala.

Finally, this You Tube video that just cracks me up every single time I watch it. Hint: it’s not what the title might have you think. Ha!

And that’s it for this Thursday. If you wrote a post for today please include your link below and thanks, as always, for playing along.

  1. Indeed, Mr. Reasonable. And I can’t believe you didn’t link to a book you describe as “one of my most favorite books ever”! Off to go check that out.

  2. I am laughing so hard! Thank you! (and that Kamala Mural… wow!!!) (oh… and I did not know about the Time Traveler’s Wife series either!)

  3. I hadn’t heard about the Time Traveler’s Wife series, so that’s interesting — and something to look forward to. 🙂 And that video! I have shared it with so many people. Cracks me up every time.

  4. That crochet mural is impressive, and I really like seeing the individual crocheters with their individual pieces. And that vaccine video! I have several people in my family that have relied on essential oils and healing crystal throughout the pandemic and I’m so tempted to send it to them!

  5. A laugh out loud video first thing in the morning is priceless, Carole, thank you! And that mural because, Kamala, yes! I didn’t know about the HBO project, but that is promising. The movie was disappointing, but maybe this will be better.

  6. Well that crochet mural made all kinds of feelings come up and get stuck in my throat! Loved the mural of *people* whose hands went in to making it, too.
