Eye Candy Friday

This sweet little bouquet cost $7.99 from the grocery store and this isn’t even all of it because I have another half dozen mini carnations in a little vase in my studio, too. They bring me joy every time I look at them and that’s a great return on my investment.
And now it’s the weekend and time to turn the clocks forward. For me that also means the candles in our windows and the “winter” trees get put away. I will miss them but it’s time. See what I did there?
Have a good one!

How pretty! I don’t like changing the clocks…wish we would pick a time and stick with it!
Grocery store flowers – and especially long-lasting carnations – are such a mood booster! Have a great weekend, Carole.
I am not a fan of changing the clocks either, at least until I remember that I’m retired and can take a nap if I need to. Enjoy your flowers and your weekend!
Yes, it is time to begin putting winter to rest and to welcome spring. I have been doing a little spring cleaning, putting blankets away, etc. I don’t miss winter, ever, and I feel lighter already. Come on spring!
