Eye Candy Friday

Can you stand another Charleston window box? I just can’t get enough of them, myself. Not only are they beautiful but they are great inspiration for my container gardens, which I’m hoping to get started on this weekend.

What are your plans for the weekend? I hope they are full of fun, fun, fun!

  1. That is a pretty picture, and you are in it, too, via your reflection!

  2. So pretty! I’m planning to go to our local Master Gardeners’ plant sale tomorrow! I don’t need much, but they always have the best of everything. Have a great weekend!

  3. Beautiful! We’ll start the planting next weekend. We’re headed to the Cape overnight tomorrow…and finally to The Ocean House! Have a great weekend Carole!

  4. I hope our current weather doesn’t head your way! It’s been FREEZING here. I’m ready for some summer. Your Charleston windows are also inspiring me!

  5. This is the perfect inspiration – we are heading to the greenhouse this weekend to get flowers to fill pots here too! Thank you for sharing! And, Steve and I wish you and Dale the most marvelous of weekends! XO

  6. That is beautiful! I am looking for inspiration for my window boxes this year. My daughter is graduating from college this weekend and I couldn’t be any prouder! Happy Weekend!!

  7. Thanks for the inspiration. We are replanting a couple containers too, and this one is so beautiful. Happy planting!

  8. You could simply rename Eye Candy Friday to Windowbox Friday (and then to Carole’s Containters Friday) and I’d be perfectly happy!

  9. *of course you’d call it Carole’s Containers (instead of Containters) – where is spell check when I NEED it?!

  10. Such a picturesque image. I’ve been itching to plant a few containers, but my general rule is Memorial Day weekend to avoid hauling them inside. Glad I resisted the urge last weekend because we got 12″ of snow this week. Happy gardening!

  11. So pretty! the final 2 May birthdays to celebrate. I think it’s going to be a brutal summer so I need to find something that’ll survive in my container on the balcony.
