The prompt for the month of March over at Ali Edwards was to choose something…
Watercolor Wednesday
Oh man, yesterday was a day. I am so not a phone person and yet I spent the better part of the day on the phone because work. Different issues, different fires to help put out, eight separate phone calls . . . it made for a loooooong day.
All of which is to say that my energy for writing a great blog post is sapped. All you get today is a watercolor of some fall foliage I photographed from the roof of a parking garage. I hope those colors make you happy.
If they don’t . . . sorry . . . and please don’t call me to tell me. Heh.

Here’s hoping that today is a no-phone-call, non-energy-sapping kind of day!
It’s a beautiful watercolor. I’ll just mention that my husband thinks texting is one of mankind’s greatest inventions.
Phone days are draining days, that’s for sure! 🙂
Hope today is less . . . talky.
Oh ugh! I am with Kym… here is to a much less talky day! (And, that tree is gorgeous!)
I hope that phone stays silent today! (I know just how you feel — I’d be perfectly happy to never use the phone again!)
Phone talking, UGH! It’s one of the main things I do not miss from working, so you have lots of sympathy from me, Carole. I hope today is quiet and you are mainly left alone with your thoughts and are able to do some work _you_ want to do. By the way, I love the watercolor!
Hope your energy has returned after a good night’s (or two?) rest! The colors are lovely. and your last line made me laugh — like those people who leave snarky comments on Instagram. I just do not understand why they don’t keep their mouths shut if they don’t have anything Kind, Necessary and True to say?!
