As you may have heard, we had some snow earlier this week. It was lovely, just as the first snow of the season should be. I snapped this photo on my way to work Wednesday morning and I love how peaceful it feels.
Here’s to a peaceful weekend, too!

Wow, that’s beautiful! Makes me wish for snow (not on the island, that would freak me out, but maybe in Europe when we’re there).
Have a great weekend!
That is a stunning photo!
So beautiful! I would want to linger there to enjoy the beauty and not go to work!
You always seem to spot the best shots.
Beautiful image! Thank you for sharing!
Beautiful photo Carole! Snow was nice…the first day. The second 12″…not so much! Have a great weekend. We’re headed to the Charred Oak Tavern to meet friends for lunch. Have you been?
What a lovely, peaceful scene. Happy Weekend, Carole!
This picture would make a fabulous holiday card, Carole.
What a beautiful photo, Carole! The snow is so pretty — at least . . . it’s pretty at the BEGINNING of winter! (By the end? Not so much.) Have a great weekend. XO
Such a gorgeous place! So nice of you to stop in the frigid air and take a picture for us!
This would make a lovely Christmas card.
Stunning, Carole! that one needs a frame!
Beautiful! You can practically hear the silence and feel the cold just from looking at the photo.
Beautiful photo. You have such a way with the camera.
