Eye Candy Friday
Like many across the upper part of the United States, I saw the aurora borealis on Tuesday night. Now, to be clear, I could see them with the naked eye, but it was not as dramatic or intense as this photo depicts. Still, it’s a cool iteration of the event and I’m glad I went out on the deck and looked up even if it was very cold.
It was a great reminder to say yes when given a choice.

I’m quite envious! I went out to look but couldn’t see anything, with my eyes or my camera.
We even had a view of this in TN on Tuesday night, which is like a minor miracle. Unfortunately, I missed it. Thanks for sharing this pic and the tip of saying yes. You are so right, and I need to remember it more often. Have a wonderful weekend.
I’m so jealous — I so want to see the northern lights in person! But here we have too much light pollution and it was cloudy to boot. Might just have to travel to where I can see them, and in the meantime I’ll just enjoy your photo.
