This gorgeous yellow dahlia is called La Luna. It's what is called a dinnerplate variety…
Eye Candy Friday
I made this wall hanging back in my quilting days and it hangs in my kitchen every October. The blocks are all either court house step or log cabin and they are made with 1″ strips, the entire piece is only 22″ X 32″. I must have been insane to work with such tiny pieces!
Happy Haunting!

Carole! That is just beautiful. I have always always wanted to learn to quilt. The reason I haven’t? Well, don’t laugh….. I hardly have any time to knit, and I would hate to love something more than knitting 🙂
Oh that is so cute!
It is adorable.
Its beautiful! I used to quilt years ago and after one stab at it again a few months ago to make a wall hanging I declared myself insane to ever have done this! Your wall hanging is wonderful though. I especially like the cat at the bottom.
How very festive! You can treasure your quilts without going back to all that cutting and piecing.
That is *so* cute!
LOVE, LOVE, love the quilt!!!! It’s Booalicious!
Fabulous quilt!
Halloween is my favorite holiday for decorating.
Enjoy your weekend!
You should be well and truly proud of that. And thanks for not posting food :).
