Eye Candy Friday
The squill is in bloom and it’s making a vibrant carpet of blue between my yard and my father-in-law’s yard. I love looking over and seeing it, especially when the afternoon sunlight hits it and it positively glows.
And now I must say: Adiós mis amigos! Hasta luego!

I have these same pretty blue things blooming on my patio in California! Have a great vacation in Mexico. I will miss you and want to hear all about it when you get home. Even though we are so close here, I have never been!

I adore squills. They are one of the very few true blue flowers, bachelor buttons and delphiniums being the only other two that grow in my hardiness zone.
