Eye Candy Friday
With all of our home improvement stuff this summer my morning glory flowers got a bit trampled. Some of them managed to bloom in spite of the circumstances and I think that serves as a good reminder to all of us – even when times are tough we can still bloom where we are planted.
I hope you all have a terrific weekend!

love that color palette – looks like it comes straight from the Pantone Fall 2014 color swatches! happy Friday, Carole!
Thanks Carole. This really speaks to me this morning.
That is what my father would have called “a good word”. Have a great weekend!
Thank-you for that beautiful shot and those thoughtful words. Happy Friday Carole!
Such pretty morning glories. And such true words. Enjoy your weekend:-)
Such a pretty morning glory. Have a wonderful weekend!
I could have used that metaphor in my garden this summer! Lovely shot. Play hard!
Powerful lesson from a seemingly delicate source. When we redid our whole yard, Jim took out a purple Clematis that I loved. But, like your Morning Glories, the Clematis has had the last, inspirational word.
Flowers, plants in general, are amazing, as they will grow in the worst of circumstances and show off to the best of their abilities. Next spring you can work on a new garden.
