Eye Candy Friday
To take you into the weekend, I’m sharing a photo of my week 4 flower subscription bouquet. It’s packed with zinnias, along with some sunflowers and celosia and strawflowers, and it’s a perfect representation of the flowers of summer.
Our weather forecast is still summery but not as brutally hot and I’m here for it. I always say that between cold weather and hot weather you have to pick one and hate it more and I definitely hate the cold. I sure don’t hate the weekend, though, and I hope we all have a good one!

Right now we are totally soggy. And back to humid…and the temps are rising. Ugh

I am across the state from Vera and it is swampy here as well… I think the heat is not as bad as this damned humidity.
Sounds like the perfect temps to have a great weekend, Carole. I wish we had a subscription service for flowers here, I would definitely subscribe! Your flowers are lovely. We have had a break with the weather for a few days here, and it has been a glorious change. Now if fall would just come and stay for about six months – LOL.
It’s soggy, hot, and humid here but I think it will be much better after Debby has moved on. Enjoy that bouquet and the weekend!

Gorgeous flowers! I think I’d prefer to have cold weather, especially as a knitter. There comes a point with the heat and humidity when you can’t take off any more clothes!
