Sometimes the simple things in life bring us joy and for me this week it's…
Eye Candy Friday

It’s a hellebore flower! I think this variety is Frostkiss Glenda’s Gloss. All of my other hellebores have buds but this is the only one to bloom so far and it’s a glorious sight.
I am so happy to be sharing flowers from my yard again on Fridays. First a single crocus, next a single hellebore, soon a bunch of daffodils, and eventually (and hopefully) armfuls of dahlias. I have no interest in growing food but I sure do love growing flowers.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Lovely! My neighbors have hellebores that are blooming, but the blooms are as green as the foliage. Not impressed with that variety. Yours are lovely. It’s so nice to see the bounty of spring, isn’t it?
Beautiful!!
Your hellebore is quite beautiful; I love seeing flowers from your yard!
I want hellebores in my yard/garden! That is just so pretty. Happy Weekend!
Gorgeous, Carole!! I love spring so much!
What a beautiful blossom. Do you subscribe to Kate Davies newsletter? She recently has posted two issue about hellebores. I have never had any in my garden but with all the favorable information about them I am sorely tempted. I had trouble getting a comment posted on a previous post so I hope this one does better.
I can’t wait until dahlia season starts!
