    I saw a tulip yesterday, red tulip that was in such a big hurry to bloom….the steam was only 2″ tall and the flower was wide open!

    Pretty! We don’t have crocus here yet – snowdrops aplenty but no crocus.

    Oh I needed that. It’s not looking too springy around here. Usually the quince are in full bloom on my b-day. Not this year – the first time I can remember since we moved here 25 years ago.
