Beautiful – don’t you just love it when that happens? Happy Mother’s Day Carole!!
It’s also one of my favorites. I knew our house was going to bring good things when I walked behind our garage after we moved in and found a gorgeous bridal wreath in bloom. That plant is gone now but thank you for reminding me!
A very pretty flower and your macro shows the delicacy of it’s beauty.
So pretty!!
Awesome macro! I grew up with them in Greece. They were planted in a line on the edge of a roadway on campus- the perfect hiding place for hide-and-seek when in bloom.
Have a wonderful weekend and Mother’s Day, Carole!
Very pretty, Carole! That’s one of my favorites, too, but I have a bit of a wait yet. Happy Mother’s Day!
So pretty. I hope you have a very merry…
Wait…
Happy Mother’s Day Weekend!
What a beautiful photo. And also how nice for it be bring you that lovely memory. We used to use it to play “brides” when I was a little girl. So it brought me a nice memory as well, thanks.
Lovely! I like the single one SO much better than the double variety – my grandmother had them too.
I wish we had that out here – but have never seen that plant until your blog. love it.
Must take the plunge into macroland. I was disappointed that my choice of lens doesn’t do macro very well.
