Berries and Caramel Socks

I finished my second pair of socks for the Summer of Socks ’10.

The pattern is no surprise.

The yarn is Farmhouse Yarns Fannie’s Fingering in the color “Berries and Caramel.”

I think they are awesome! The colors are beautiful and different from anything else in my sock drawer.

And that’s where these will be – hopefully for a good long time – because I am loving summer right now.

Those are super cute. The yarn looks like a very squishy yarn, too.

Great socks! Yes, it’s way too warm for socks these days. Yesterday I put on my new socks for a photo and I couldn’t wait to get them off. They were way too warm for a hot summer day but they’ll feel good this winter.

Yummy color! I hope they stay in your sock drawer for a good long time too; I’m also enjoying this summer weather!

Summer is a good time to catch up on knitting socks for winter. You always find the most interesting and beautiful colorways for socks. LOVE (10,000)

Pretty, pretty! I’m working on a pair of picot myself. Love how speedy they are to complete. The perfect pattern to show off really lovely yarn!

Nice!! No rush for sock weather over here either. It will come soon enough.

I seem to gravitate towards the same sock pattern myself. It’s comfortable – no thinking necessary.

Enjoy them – in the sock drawer, for now!

Very nice! I have a pair of socks that have been just above the ankle for ages, and I should figure out what to do with the leg and finish them already.

Great socks! You just enjoy that summer, missy, because my time is approaching. Some day, somehow, it will be less than 90 degrees. And I will be doing a less expensive happy dance..
