Three On Thursday, with a Twist
Doreen sent me a bunch of photos from back in the day as part of my birthday celebration and today I’m sharing one of my favorites with you. I’m going to tell you two truths and a lie about this photo and I want you to guess which is the false statement. Mmmmkay?
- Even though we look cozy and happy, we were actually freezing cold.
- This photo was taken during a college football game.
- I’m hiding a big bottle of peppermint schnapps under my coat.

I agree with Becky; I think the lie is that this was taken during a college football game. The guy on the right has heavy gloves on and everyone else seems to also have some kind of hand covering, so it was cold. If someone would hide a bottle of peppermint schnapps under their coat, it would be you, and that just leaves the football game. I’ll be interested in hearing the real story!

I don’t think that was taken at a college football game. You are definitely hiding SOMETHING under your coat!! haha. Hm… maybe you’re not cold, either… because schnapps! CUTE PHOTO!!
What a great photo! I will say the lie is that it was taken at a football game … I just don’t picture you all at a football game (especially considering the schnapps under your jacket hehe)!

I’m going with the freezing cold as I think the coats would be zipped up to the neck and no one has a warm hat on.
I also think the football game is a lie. Love the picture!

I’m guessing #3. The girl in the brown jacket looks like she is very cold. It looks like there are cars in the background so maybe it’s a football game.
I’m guessing the lie is number 2. I’m fairly certain I can see the outline of a bottle, and judging from the way you’re all dressed, I’m pretty sure it was cold.
Well. I’m pretty sure you’ve got schnapps under your coat. And although it looks cold-ish, it doesn’t look freezing to me. So I’m going with the football game. Although . . . maybe that was true. Because you needed to be sneaking that schnapps into . . . somewhere? Okay. I’m bucking the trend. I don’t think you’re freezing.

Well since I was there, it would be cheating if I “guessed”. LOL.
Although I will say I believe we ALL had a bottle of Schnapps hidden in our coats.
