Last Friday while at the conference I happened to look up at just the right…
Eye Candy Friday
I started my amaryllis late this year and I’m glad I did because this gorgeous white one bloomed on Easter. It reminds me very much of an Easter lily but it’s better than an Easter lily because I’m not allergic to it the way I am to those lilies. Plus it has 3 more blossoms to come on that stem and another stem that’s growing.
Sometimes procrastination pays off!
Happy Weekend, friends!

Beautiful!! I love all of the flowers that you post!
Gotta say, my procrastination never pays off like this. Beautiful. Happy weekend!
I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one who’s allergic to lilies! It’s a shame because they’re so pretty but I can’t stand to be around them. But I think your amaryllis is a brilliant substitute! And obviously it’s a good one if it bloomed for you on Easter.
Have a great weekend!
Lovely! I missed having potted hyacinths in the house at Easter, but I also procrastinated with my amaryllis. I’ve got buds that should be blooming in a couple of days!
Gorgeous! I only had the small amaryllis I got at Trader Joe’s which was fun, but short-lived…and early. The white is so beautiful!
What a great idea! I, too, am allergic to lilies, which really is a shame. They are gorgeous, but this amaryllis will be just as pretty. Happy weekending, Carole.
That is a GORGEOUS silver lining!

That green center really makes that bloom! (and I hope your weekend is wonderful!)
Happy weekend, thank you for sharing the lovely procrastination!
Beautiful! Happy weekend!
Beautiful especially with that green center. In fact I prefer that blossom to a lily but that is just me.
oh that is beautiful, Carole! (and the exception that proves the rule!)
