Eye Candy Friday
It’s been a minute since I’ve posted on a Friday, partly due to laziness and partly due to not having a photo worthy of being deemed eye candy. Today, though! Today, I have a bouquet of daffodils that I picked from my yard.

Although I had a couple of my early daffodils blooming on the south side of my garden, the rest are still . . . just tight buds. I can’t wait for things to really start popping — so I can gather a bouquet of my own! Your bouquet is lovely, Carole!

Nothing says spring like the sunny, happy faces of daffodils. Enjoy your flowers and your weekend!
We have been enjoying fresh daffodils on our table as well as a windowsill. the last bunch I cut were particularly fragrant. I dumped them all today – they were fading and shriveling up. There are tons more, but with leaving for vacation tomorrow, I’m not picking any. BUT…maybe I will cut some in the morning to take with us – our first night will be with my BIL and his wife.
