Serendipity Socks

As I told you last week, my sock mojo is back. It’s been (almost) all socks, all the time. And that means I have a finished pair to show you.

These are the socks for Hannah knit with Knitterly Things Vesper Sock Yarn in the color Serendipitous.

The yarn is amazing and the stripes match perfectly – something Hannah truly loves.

The pattern, natch, is my picot edge sock pattern but knit with 60 stitches instead of 64.

And the model, well, she’s just thrilled to have a new pair of socks.

  1. It’s pretty amazing how foot position can be so expressive. Nice socks, and the perfect stripes always amaze me. (SFTEA School for the Easily Amused).

  2. Happy feet! The sock colors still make me think of ice cream — harlequin perhaps?

  3. Very nice … so glad the mojo has returned! Mackenzie is loving those socks, “Momma, can you knit *ME* a pair of socks like those?” Guess I better start yarn shopping LOL!!

  4. Those colors look so great together. I’m sure Hannah is happy. And I’m sure you are happy that you finished them!

  5. My sock mojo is back too, and I’m actually finishing second socks! Love Hannah’s new socks, they look so comfy!

  6. Cool socks! My stripes are never quite that cooperative – I’ve learned to accept socks that are fraternal twins 😉

  7. pretty pretty.
My knitting is stuck in a loop – trying to finish a blanket… it goes on and on.

  8. Even her feet are photogenic! Love the alignment of the stripes. Best coordination I’ve ever seen. You are a good mom.
