Eye Candy Friday

heirloom_tomato_salad.jpg

The other day when Mary brought me that herb bouquet she also brought me some fresh basil from her garden. I took some fresh mozzarella and an heirloom tomato and made a delicious caprese salad. Yummy and beautiful, too!

Eat something delicious this weekend!

Yum! Your photo is very inspiring. Just this morning I was thinking that I needed to get some basil from my garden to go with the tomatoes. Now I definitely have to!

Mmm, I do love a caprese salad! I didn’t have one this weekend, but I DID bake (and eat some of) a Coca-Cola cake!
