Ten on Tuesday
The theme for Ten on Tuesday this week is 10 Words People Would Use to Describe You. I decided to go with nouns and I couldn’t believe how easy and fast this was.

I like to see myself as a verb, personally.
Of course, I would have put “friend” up higher on the list! 😉
Today mine would be “tired”.
i would describe myself as quite, but other people take it to mean something else.
Wife, mother, friend, knitter, listener, advisor, go to gal, dog-walker, mentor, home-maker (in the sense of making our house a home). Thanks for the excercise…it’s good to think of the things we are and Can do, rather than any negatives!
Pretty sure smartass would be high on my list…

Benevolent. 🙂 Or at least that’s how I would like people to describe me. What they may actually say is silly crazypants.

Gee Carole, I guess humble would be on my list for you; I think I could come up with 10 words to describe you that might include great, fun, considerate, compassionate, generous, honest, endearing (okay I may be mixing the verbs and nouns). As for myself hummmm…..
Funny, I started thinking about that list and had a hard time because I was thinking in term of verbs. Yours is a great list.
Nouns for me — these have been used recently: Dingbat, genius, [pesky little] sister, cellist, knitter, farmer, mom, artisan, comrade, survivor.
Adjectives for you: compassionate, cheerful, determined, kind, conscientious, fun-loving, loyal, genuine, self-motivated, loving.
I like #9 a lot – do you make house calls? 🙂
‘smartass’ would definitely be on my list – as you can attest. ;o)
I try to be an organizer, but it never lasts very long.
Fun. I’ve been thinking of doing the ten on Tuesday thing and this one seems like a really good one. I guess I’ll have to check it out and find out more info.

I think I might not like what I came up with. I’m not always very kind to myself, but it could be an interesting exercise in self-examination.
Darn I forgot knitter, quilter, photographer and a few others – needed more than 10 this time…
You forgot (step) grandmother, cat slave, inspiration and reenactor for a start.
You know, I haven’t the slightest idea.
I need to post my list – I like using one word instead of going into a real long explanation – as I tend to do. Thanks for the ideas!
