Here's how you know I'm always thinking about you: when I made a Target run…
Eye Candy Friday
The problem with photos this time of year is a lack of color. We can get texture and pattern but the colors are pretty much limited to browns and greys with the occasional green. I’m going to do my best to change this next week, though.
Have a great weekend!

Play hard this long weekend, Carole!
So where are you headed? The Emerald City? The picture shows off the texture nicely. Well done.
Happy Friday and have a fun weekend.
I am really drawn to that picture and as far as I’m concerned, the colors speak of warm earthiness – no improvement needed. Thanks for sharing your photographic talents with us as well! Tammy
There’s plenty of color there.
Happy weekend to you!
Aha, I’ve discovered that if I scroll over the picture your caption appears and I don’t have to ask you what kind of flower it is. Enjoyed the picture…Tammy said it well…warm earthiness.
Great picture. I love the softness of the colors and the texture.
I love the texture and the varying shades of brown and tan. Great photo! Have a great weekend.
This sounds suspiciously like you’ve got a lovely trip planned, or you’re planning to break into a greenhouse! Great photo. Maybe winter is a time to play with B&W photography? Not that I’d know.
Aw come on, Earth tones are the best. Have fun in sunny Florida
I think that’s a really cool photo. Enjoy your weekend!
I like that one.
Photos inside, maybe?
pretty photo, as always.
hmmm.. I wonder what you are doing next week about the color.. hmmmm.
all this gray and rain around here are zapped the color out of everything. ;-( blech. I am hoping for a sunny day soon!
Beautiful photograph. Nature–so delicate!
I prefer the limited pallette beauty. Anyone can make bright colors look pretty, it takes more vision to do so with grey and gray.
(which doesn’t mean I wouldn’t rather be sitting somewhere with bright colors. where will you be???)
Very cool :o)
