Can you handle another hellebore photo? I hope so because that's what I'm sharing with…
Eye Candy Friday
Fall is in full swing and many of our leaves, like this flawless red one, are now on the ground. The lesson here? It’s still possible to enjoy them and their beauty even as they give up everything. See how I’m finding the silver lining wherever I can? Gratitude comes in all sorts of forms.
I’ll be meditating on that all weekend, I think.

You did find a pretty spectacular leaf. Thanks for sharing it with those of us looking at empty trees.
Thanks. I will follow suit and center my awareness on gratitude in many forms.
I love this sentiment! Have a good weekend! XO
That is a wonderful thought, Carole. Perfect, in fact, and a great thing to keep in mind every day. Also. That is a lovely shot! (My favorite leaves are the red leaves.) XO
Gorgeous! Wishing you a peaceful, happy weekend. xo
Lovely. I’ll wave at you on my way to the Cape. Take care of yourself this weekend. xo
Very nice! I picked up loads of leaves yesterday, but most of them were brown and dead. Hope you have a gentle, peaceful weekend.
We have one bright red maple that is dropping leaves into the golden locust tree piles and they just glow. I love the contrast and the compliment. Happy Weekend, Carole, and give yourself a hug from me. xox
The leaves are spectacular here in Iowa, too. I have noticed that the colors are more vibrant than usual this year. I have a six month old Yorkie puppy though, and she wants to eat them all. (!)
Lovely message and photo! Wishing you a peaceful weekend.
Beautiful photo! I’m so glad you are able to find a little beauty in this dark time. Hugs!
I noticed just the same thing as I was walking my dogs today, Carole. The street was covered with yellow, red, and green leaves, and it was beautiful! I think if we shift our focus and look for beauty wherever we can, we begin to see more of it even if it is not in its expected form. Thanks for the reminder, and have a great weekend.
What a gorgeous photo!
My programmer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP.
I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.
But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on various websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform.
I have heard fantastic things about blogengine.net.
Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it?
Any help would be really appreciated!
And in unexpected places.
