Full disclosure: those are not my zinnias, I took this photo at a farm stand on Cape Cod. Zinnias remain one of my favorite flowers and they are thriving right now!
I’m going to be thriving myself . . . on vacation! I’ll be posting next week on Tuesday with a Read With Us wrap up but otherwise don’t expect to see me again until later this month.

Lovely zinnias (thay always strike me as a resilient flower for some reason) and have a happy vacation!
Enjoy your vacation! My zinnias were attacked by Japanese beetles and I suspect a bunny while we were in Maine for two weeks. I tried to revive them but alas I’ve pulled them from my flower bed. Maybe next year!
