Eye Candy Friday
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably predicted a photo of this dahlia today. I’ll fill you all in by saying that this is the first dahlia I have ever grown from a tuber! The variety is Peaches & Cream and I’ve been obsessing over it all week, checking multiple times a day on it’s progress, talking to it lovingly, and exclaiming over it’s intricate beauty. I could go on and on but I won’t. Instead, I’ll just say that, when it comes to dahlias, now I understand what the fuss is all about.
Our weekend is free of plans and I couldn’t be happier about that. Here’s to a good one for all of us!
