Hello, February 2023
It’s the first Monday of the month, time to welcome February and set some intentions . . .
February marks the halfway point of winter, a time to celebrate Imbolc and begin thinking about spring. For me this month that is going to look like plenty of self care and embracing good habits to set myself up for success.
Skin care routines to combat the cold air and yoga to feel present in my body. Cozy times by the wood stove, reading or playing cards, embracing the forced time inside. Comforting and nourishing meals that I plan and prepare for eating at work and at home. Meditation, music, books, and all the things that speak to my soul.
Here’s to a February full of stoicism, endurance, hope, and love.

Sounds like a very thoughtful approach. I’m a little less sure about a month that requires embracing stoicism, but I’m rooting for you.
February is such a . . . long little short month. It looks like you’ve set yourself up to make the best of it! XO
Kym is so right… it is short, but feels longer than January. Here’s to February… ushering in March and SPRING! XO
Those are good plans to get through February with serenity and a smile!
Sounds like you have the perfect plan for getting through (and maybe even enjoying it a little bit??) February. I love to hibernate, so I don’t really mind the month. And, it is short…just doesn’t always feel that way!
I am always happy when the calendar flips from January to February. Even though it’s only a few days short, February seems so much faster and gets us just about to spring. And I certainly don’t mind the chocolate that comes mid-month, either!
Here’s to embracing the good habits! Happy February, Carole!
