A Hermit Is Not Just A Cookie

I was in full hermit mode this past weekend. In fact, I never left the house all day Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I had the groceries delivered, I put out all the Christmas decorations, I watched a lot of tv, and I did some online shopping.

Unfortunately, that sort of weekend doesn’t make for very exciting blog fodder.

I did some knitting. The pattern is Through the Woods and the yarn is Cascade Eco + in the color Valentine.

It was a perfect weekend.

  5. That was what I was hoping my weekend would look like. Then I decided I should run my errands before the big cold snap. That means I can declare a weekend day sometime this week though, right?

  15. I love this pattern and now will have to make it. I recently bought yarn (to go with yarn I own) to make myself two other scarf, mitten, hat sets. Now I will have to add this. I have some Eco + in the stash that would work.

  16. Sounds like my weekend sans grocery delivery. Love the pattern and the color! My knitting was working on some of the ‘kits’ I’ve made to destash some of my 1 and 2 fer’s.
