St. Lucia Day
Sometimes Tuesday rolls around and . . . there’s nothing to really blog about. So, with not much to say, I’ll show you a picture of the saffron buns I made on Sunday in honor of St. Lucia Day in Sweden. And I’ll link to my favorite recipe for them so that next year when I go to make them again I’ll remember that this is the one I prefer.
They were yummy.

Beautiful! It makes me crazy when I’m standing there looking at recipes with no notes and I find I didn’t ‘just remember which one was best’. Good to know I’m not alone in that.

Those look delicious. I always wanted to incorporate my hubby’s Swedish ancestry into the holidays, but never got around to it when the boys were little. Maybe if I have grandkids [some day]
