Three On Thursday

As you know, our Florida family has been with us this week. You may have noticed that my posts have been publishing later than usual each morning . . . because we’ve been up late each night telling stories and laughing and catching up. Today I have 3 photos to show you . . . and (for a bonus) each one has 3 people.

I call this one, 3 generations.

And I call this one, 3 grandkids together for the first time.

Finally, I call this one 3 loved ones from Florida.

They are off this morning to spend the rest of their vacation with Heather’s family. We had a great visit and I hope they will be back soon.

  1. Isn’t it wonderful how fast and easy it is to get pictures of important things these days? I think we kind of take it for granted already, but already knowing you have safely captured those important memories makes necessary parting the teensiest bit easier. And soon, you’ll know you’ve got pictures of a trip and precious lifetime event safely saved too.

  2. A picture is worth a thousand words, and three photos of three loved ones is even better. I’m glad they got to visit and you all got to enjoy each other.

  3. I love that the past two years, while they’ve been incredibly difficult, have made simply being together with loved ones a special moment to document. It sounds like you’ve been making the absolute best of your time with your family.

  4. What beautiful memories and staying up late for a reason *other* than insomnia is THE BEST! Those smiling faces tell it all… 🙂

  5. What a wonderful week for your family! I bet it was particularly wonderful in light of the pandemic to actually see family and get to visit. Everybody looks happy!

  6. Wow, I still had Ambrynn in my mind as close to Jackie’s age/size lol … great photos!

  7. It looks like you’ve had a wonderful time together! I love the photos, Carole. Thanks for sharing. (And oh my goodness! Ambrynn is all grown up!!!!!!) XO

  8. Oh, what a wonderful visit you must have had! Ambrynn!!!!!! I guess she’s right around Mack’s age and he’s taller than me now, so I don’t know why I’m surprised… but I am!!
