The prompt for the month of March over at Ali Edwards was to choose something…
Watercolor Wednesday
I know that Wednesdays are supposed to be for knitting and I really thought I’d have Stopover progress photos for you today. But I don’t. Now, that’s not to say that I haven’t made progress. I actually have a finished body, a finished sleeve, and a mostly finished sleeve. I’m hoping to get the pieces joined tonight and if that happens you can expect a progress shot tomorrow.
In the meantime, I have a pretty watercolor of some tulips. Trust me when I tell you that’s better than a blob of black knitting.

But it’s a lovely reminder that Speing will eventually come! Most us can use that about now.
Tulips are always pretty, especially on this gray and snowy morning!
Absolutely lovely! (I’m about where you are on The Sweater. Hoping to join it all up for the big finish tonight.)
I am excited to see your sweater, but those tulips are lovely!
My blob of black is crawling toward the arm join length and then on to the sleeves. I’ve had some distractions along the lines of an 88 year old. 🙂 Those tulips are lovely!
Wow! You really are banding out that sweater!
Your Watercolors are real pretty. I’m looking forward to seeing your Stopover progress!
I totally understand the blob stage of knitting. The tulips are definitely nicer!
Beautiful! I need to buy some tulips to fill my kitchen with color once again.
You’re making such amazing progress! I can’t wait to see Stopover – black blob or not.
Love the watercolor…so cheerful on a grey day! You’re making amazing progress on your Stopover…can’t wait to see it!
