The prompt for the month of March over at Ali Edwards was to choose something…
Happy Wednesday!
I’m hitting Wednesday with two-fer on the alliteration. It’s Watercolor AND Windowbox Wednesday!
I went for a classic look with the window boxes this year: red geraniums and vinca vine. Against our white house and our white sheer curtains it’s a perfect look for the summer.
Have a great Wednesday!

Lovely! I love geraniums and those red ones look beautiful in your window boxes!
That is a classic summer image. One you can enjoy every time you pull up to the house.
Perfect. Beautiful and low maintenance!
It IS perfect.
Geraniums are beautiful and you can even keep some of them after the summer to brighten the house with their blooms during the winter. (Sorry I mentioned the “w” word!)
Perfect! We went crazy with color this year…we’ll see! 🙂
It is just right—the fresh green and vivid red are perfect!
They are just perfect, Carole! I adore red geraniums — and especially in your window boxes. XO
This is lovely, Carole. The flowers, the window box, and the watercolor. Happy Wednesday!
So pretty!!
This could be a painting or a picture postcard — just beautiful!
I just love this painting! I’d love to have it hanging on my wall.
Love it, I’m hoping to get some geraniums planted over the next couple weeks.
