Three On Thursday
Today I’m doing something I haven’t done since 2018 . . . I’m baking Christmas cookies with my friend Doreen at her house! This has been an annual tradition of ours for many years but in 2019 Randy had just died so Doreen came to my house and in 2020 there was COVID. And yes, there is still COVID in 2021 but Doreen and I are both vaccinated and boosted and we are doing it!
When it comes to baking cookies together there are some that are always at the top of the list. There are three and they are:

Now I want some peanut butter balls for breakfast! Have fun baking all the cookies!
ENJOY!!!
🙂
Yum, now I want cookies! Thanks for the links to the recipes. We’re planning on baking several cookie varieties in Florida and I’ll likely come back to get the recipes!
These all sound good. I have not made Spritz cookies in years, but my best friend just made a bunch (green trees and red poinsettias). I may need to dig out my cookie press! and those peanut butter balls sound WONDERFUL!!! Thanks for the links to the recipes.
Yay for traditions. AND COOKIES!
After almost two years of eating (and drinking) just about everything and anything (Dr Pepper, daily, anyone?), I’ve decided to take charge and get rid of my COVID ’19’. 19 pounds, that is… :-/
We went back on Whole30 this week, and are foregoing sweets (along with a few other things, Mich Ultra, anyone?) for the rest of the year.
I have always loved your cookie recipes. This year, no cookies. I will enjoy vicariously!
So glad you and Doreen can resume your tradition. Enjoy!
Thanks for the recipes, Carole. Those 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies are on my radar this year. They sound so easy, and everyone raves about them, so I will report back if I make them. When I read that there were essential things for cookie day, I thought one of them would be wine – LOL. Seriously, that is essential for cookie day, no? I hope you and Doreen have a lovely day! (Think of me when you drink that wine.)
That sounds like so much fun!
Glad you were back at it! I’m thinking of going in with the ginger cookies!
